Note: The steps in this article apply only to the web app.
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
- On the main menu, select Users, and then select Add New User.
- Enter the following details about the user:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- To provide the user with access to the web app, select Web Access.
- To provide the user with access to the mobile app, select App Access.
- To assign the user the Technician role for appointments, select Is Technician.
- Select Save.
After you add a new user, you need to edit their privileges to give them access to other features of Roc Services. To view the list of user privileges, go to User privileges.
To edit a user's privileges, complete the following steps:
- From the Users page, select the first name of the user.
- Select the Privileges tab.
- To add a privilege, select the checkbox beside the privilege.
- Select Save.
