Note: The steps in this article apply only to the web app.
You can use Roc Services to update the customer’s details, such as their name, email, and phone number.
To edit a customer's details, complete the following steps:
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
- Select the first name of the customer that you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
- To edit the customer’s details, complete one of the following steps:
- To edit the contact details, select the Information tab.
- To edit the billing address, select the Billing Address tab.
- To edit the shipping address, select the Shipping Address tab.
Note: If the customer has only one address for billing or shipping, you can’t delete the address.
- Select Save.
