You can use the Self-Care Portal to set the time that we automatically close your batches for card transactions. 

To update the auto-batch time, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
2. On the side menu, select Settings, and then select Terminal. 
3. In the Batch Time box, enter the time that you want us to close your batches.  
4. Select UPDATE SETTINGS.
