You can use the Roc Services mobile app to return the full amount of a completed transaction to the customer's original payment method.

1. On the main screen, tap.
2. From the navigation menu, tap Transaction History.
3. Tap the transaction that you want to refund.
4. Tap Refund.
5. Tap Full Refund.
6. (Optional) To send a receipt, tap Share Receipt, and then tap a receipt option:
   • To send an email receipt, complete the following steps:
     1. Tap Email Receipt.
     2. Enter the customer's email address.
     3. Tap Send Email.
   • To send an SMS receipt, complete the following steps:
     1. Tap SMS Receipt.
     2. Enter the customer's phone number.
     3. Tap Send SMS.
