After a customer approves an estimate, you can use the Roc Services web portal to convert the estimate to an invoice and send the invoice to the customer.
To convert an estimate to an invoice and send it to a customer, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Convert an estimate to an invoice
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/login.
- From the navigation menu, select Estimates.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the estimate.
- From the Status column, confirm that the status of the estimate is set to Approved.
- From the Action column, select
. - From the Net Term dropdown menu, select the number of days that the customer has to pay the invoice within.
- Select OK.
(Optional) Step 2: Send the invoice
- From the navigation menu, select Invoices.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the invoice.
- From the Action dropdown menu, select Share Invoice.
- Choose how you want to send the invoice:
- To send the invoice by email, enter the customer's email address in the Email box.
- To send the invoice by SMS, enter the customer's phone number in the Mobile box.
- Select Share.
