Note: The steps in this article apply only to the web app.
You can use Roc Services to cancel or delete an appointment.
After you complete an appointment, you can’t cancel or delete it. You also can’t delete an appointment that is part of a recurring series.
When you cancel an appointment, you can still view the appointment, but you can't edit it. When you delete an appointment, we remove it from the system, and you can't view it.
Cancel an appointment
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
- On the side menu, select Schedule.
- Select the appointment that you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel.
- To confirm that you want to cancel the appointment, select Continue.
After you cancel an appointment, its status changes to Canceled and we notify the customer about the cancellation.
Delete an appointment
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
- On the side menu, select Schedule.
- Select the appointment that you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- To confirm that you want to delete the appointment, select Continue.
