Note: The steps in this article apply only to the web app.
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
- On the main menu, select Customers.
- Select the first name of the customer.
- Select the Appointments tab.
- (Optional) To view the appointments over a range of dates, complete the following steps:
- Select the date.
- Choose the date range.
- Select Apply.
- (Optional) To view more information about an appointment, from the Actions column, select ⋯, and then complete one of the following steps:
- If you have completed or canceled the appointment, select View.
- If you haven't completed the appointment, select Edit.
