Use the Roc Terminal+ mobile app to resend a receipt for a transaction by email or SMS.
Note: You can't send a receipt for a declined transaction.
- Select
. - (Optional) If you have multiple store locations, select the store location, and then select OK.
- Select Devices, select the EPI of the device that processed the transaction, and then select OK.
- Select Transactions. The app displays recent transactions.
- (Optional) To filter transactions, select
, set your filters, and then select Apply. You can filter by date, status, transaction type, and card type. - (Optional) To search for the transaction, select
. You can search by the last 4 digits of the card, the cardholder name, or the receipt reference number (RRN).
Select
next to the transaction, and then select one of the following:
- To send an email receipt, select Email Receipt, and then enter the customer's information.
- To send an SMS receipt, select SMS Receipt, and then enter the customer's information.
