Resend a receipt

Use the Roc Terminal+ mobile app to resend a receipt for a transaction by email or SMS.

Note: You can't send a receipt for a declined transaction.

  1. Select .
  2. (Optional) If you have multiple store locations, select the store location, and then select OK.
  3. Select Devices, select the EPI of the device that processed the transaction, and then select OK.
  4. Select Transactions. The app displays recent transactions.
  5. (Optional) To filter transactions, select , set your filters, and then select Apply. You can filter by date, status, transaction type, and card type.
  6. (Optional) To search for the transaction, select . You can search by the last 4 digits of the card, the cardholder name, or the receipt reference number (RRN).

Select next to the transaction, and then select one of the following:

  • To send an email receipt, select Email Receipt, and then enter the customer's information.
  • To send an SMS receipt, select SMS Receipt, and then enter the customer's information.
