
Getting started
Step 1. Connect the power cable
- Remove the battery cover.
- Insert the power cable into your device.
- Place the power cable in the cable organizer.
- Replace the battery cover.
- Insert the plug into a power outlet.
Step 2. Turn on your device
- Press and hold the power button for four seconds.
Step 3. Connect your device to your network
You can connect your device to either a wireless network or a wired network.
Connect your device to a wireless network
- From the home screen, tap Main Menu ≡.
- Tap Settings, and then tap WiFi Config.
- Tap the name of your wireless network.
- Type the password for your wireless network.
- Tap Connect.
Connect your device to a wired network
- Remove the battery cover.
- Insert an Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port on the device.
- Place the Ethernet cable into the cable organizer.
- Insert the other end of the Ethernet cable into your router or network socket.
- Replace the battery cover.
Troubleshooting
My device can’t connect to my wireless network
- Make sure that your device is close to your router and try to connect it to your network again.
My device doesn’t turn on
Complete the following steps:
- Check that you fully inserted the power cord into your device and into the power outlet.
- Press and hold the power button for four seconds.
