You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to combine batch reports from multiple devices and virtual terminals into one report. When you export the combined report, the web portal generates a ZIP file that contains the report in CSV format. 

1. Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
2. On the side menu, select Report, and then select BatchOut Report.
3. (Optional) Search the batch reports using one of the following criteria:
   • Endpoint identifier (EPI) of your device or virtual terminal
   • Merchant name associated with your device or virtual terminal
   • Store name associated with your device or virtual terminal
4. (Optional) Filter batch reports based on the close date of the batches:
   • Recent – View the most recently closed batches for all devices and virtual terminals.
   • Today – View batches that closed today.
   • MTD – View batches that closed this month.
   • Yesterday – View batches that closed yesterday. 
   • Last Month – View batches that closed last month.
   • Current Week – View batches that closed in the current week.
   • Last Week – View batches that closed last week.
   • Custom (Within Last 90 Days) – View batches that closed in the last 90 days. You can adjust the date range if you need to.
   • Custom (Older Than 90 Days) – View batches that closed more than 90 days ago. You can adjust the date range if you need to.
5. Select the checkbox next to the batch report that you want to include.
6. Select EXPORT.
7. On the confirmation screen, select View Request to check the download status in the Download Center.
8. (Optional) To edit the file name, select.
9. When the status of the file changes to Ready to download, selectto download the combined report as a ZIP file. 

After the download completes, extract the ZIP file to view the combined report in CSV format.
