  1. Go to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. Enter your merchant ID. 
  3. Enter your username.  
  4. Enter your password. 
  5. Select LOGIN.  
Delete

Note: If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password?, and then follow the steps to reset your password.
