Use the Self-Care Portal to configure how long your multi-use payment links remain active before they expire. The default expiration period applies only to multi-use payment links that don't have an expiration date.
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Terminal.
- In the PayByLink Expiry Period field, enter the number of days that you want payment links to remain active before they expire.
Note: The minimum expiry period is 1 day and the maximum expiry period is 999 days.
- Select UPDATE SETTINGS.
