Use the Self-Care Portal to search for secure tokens by merchant reference, card number, or other details.
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Secure Tokens.
- Use the filters to search for the secure token. The matching tokens appear in the list.
- To clear the search, select Reset Search.
