If you use a payment device to run transactions and want to manually enter customers' payment details, you need to enable keyed transactions in the Self-Care Portal.
To enable keyed transactions, complete the following steps:
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Terminal.
- Select Allow Keyed.
- Select UPDATE SETTINGS.
