You can export transaction data to a CSV file from the Open Batch and Closed Batch reporting sections. The export reflects whatever filters you have applied, so narrow your results first if you only need a subset of transactions.
The steps you need to follow depend on whether you are exporting card transactions or bank transfer transactions, and whether the batch is open or closed:

Export card transactions from an open batch to CSV
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- In the navigation menu, select Reporting, and then select Open Batch.
- Select the ALL TRANSACTIONS tab.
- (Optional) Use the filters to narrow the list of transactions.
- Select EXPORT TO CSV.
- (Optional) Use the checkboxes to select the headings you want to include in the CSV.
- Select DOWNLOAD.
The CSV file downloads to your device.
Export card transactions from a closed batch to CSV
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- In the navigation menu, select Reporting, and then select Closed Batch.
- (Optional) Use the filters to narrow the results. Matching batches appear in the Batch List.
- (Optional) Select a tab to filter the Batch List by time period:
- Last Batch — The most recently closed batch.
- This Week — All batches closed in the current week.
- This Month — All batches closed in the current month.
- To view the transactions in a batch, select its date in the Batch List.
- (Optional) Use the filters to narrow the list of transactions.
- Select EXPORT TO CSV.
- (Optional) Drag fields between the Added Fields and Remove Fields columns to choose which columns to include in the CSV.
- Select DOWNLOAD.
The CSV file downloads to your device.
Export bank transfer transactions from an open batch to CSV
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- In the navigation menu, select Reporting, and then select Bank Transfers Open Batch.
- (Optional) Use the filters to narrow the list of transactions.
- Select EXPORT TO CSV.
- (Optional) Drag fields between the Added Fields and Remove Fields columns to choose which columns to include in the CSV.
- Select DOWNLOAD.
The CSV file downloads to your device.
Export bank transfer transactions from a closed batch to CSV
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- In the navigation menu, select Reporting, and then select Bank Transfers Closed Batch.
- (Optional) Use the filters to narrow the results. Matching batches appear in the Batch List.
- To view the transactions in a batch, select its date in the Batch List.
- (Optional) Use the filters to narrow the list of transactions.
- Select EXPORT TO CSV.
- (Optional) Drag fields between the Added Fields and Remove Fields columns to choose which columns to include in the CSV.
- Select DOWNLOAD.
The CSV file downloads to your device.
