Use the Self-Care Portal to flag transactions for manual review before they automatically settle. You can set a threshold amount to determine which transactions transactions require manual review.

If the transaction amount is at or above the threshold amount, the portal marks the transaction as PENDING for manual review. You must manually change the status of the transaction to READY before it can settle. To set a threshold amount, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
2. From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Terminal.
3. Select Auto Ready.
4. In the Auto Ready Limit field, enter the threshold amount that determines whether a transaction requires manual review.
5. Select UPDATE SETTINGS.
