You can choose to receive your 1099-K form digitally or by mail. Depending on whether you've signed in to Payroc Insights before, go to one of the following:
- If it's your first time signing in to Payroc Insights, go to Set up your 1099-K delivery method.
- If you've already set up your 1099-K delivery method and want to change it, go to Update your 1099-K delivery method.
Set up your 1099-K delivery method
The first time you sign in to Payroc Insights, a prompt appears on your dashboard asking how you want to receive your 1099-K form.
To confirm the delivery method, complete the following steps:
- Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
- From the prompt on the dashboard, set your delivery preference for each merchant account listed:
- To receive the 1099-K form by mail, clear the checkbox.
- To receive the 1099-K form digitally through Payroc Insights, select the checkbox.
- Select Confirm.
Note: If you have more than one merchant account, a checkbox appears for each. You can set a different preference for each account.
Update your 1099-K delivery method
If you previously chose a delivery method for your 1099-K form, but would like to change it, complete the following steps:
- Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
- On the top menu bar, select your initials, and then select Edit Settings.
- Go to the 1099-K Report Status section.
- Select Edit. Note: If you have more than one merchant company, select Edit next to the company you want to update the settings for.
- Update your delivery preference:
- To receive the 1099-K form digitally through Payroc Insights, select the checkbox.
- To receive the 1099-K form by mail, clear the checkbox.
- Select Confirm.
Note: If you withdraw your consent to digital delivery, future 1099-K forms are delivered by mail. Payroc may take up to 10 business days to process your request.
