Deposit amount doesn’t match transaction amount: Held funds

Held funds are funds that we've retained because of an issue with one or more of your transactions, for example, a chargeback.

When we hold funds, the amount that we deposit into your account doesn't match the transaction amount.

To release the funds, we might need you to provide additional documentation about the transactions. After we release the funds, we deposit them into your account.
