Important: If your deposit date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a US bank holiday, you receive your funds the next business day.
After you close your batch, we submit the transactions to the processors who send us the funds from the issuing banks. After we remove our fees, we deposit the funds into your bank account by Automated Clearing House (ACH).
The time it takes to deposit the funds into your bank account depends on your funding schedule:
- Next Day Funding – Close your batch before 11:45 PM Central Standard Time (CST) and we send the transactions for processing the next business day. You then receive your funds the following business day. Next Day Funding is the default funding schedule that we provide merchants at no additional cost.
- Money Express AM – Close your batch before 3:45 AM CST and receive your funds by the end of the same business day. Money Express AM is a paid option.
- Money Express PM – Close your batch before 6:45 PM CST and receive your funds the next business day. Money Express PM is a paid option.

Next Day Funding
With Next Day Funding, if you close your batch before 11:45 PM CST, we send the transactions for processing the next business day. You receive your funds the following business day.

Funding schedule for First Data merchants
If you're a First Data merchant and use the Money Express funding schedule, you must close your batch earlier because it takes longer for your batch to reach us for processing.
Note: You’re a First Data merchant if your merchant ID (MID) starts with 409162.
The batch cutoff times for First Data merchants are:
- Money Express AM – Close your batch by 7:45 PM CST.
- Money Express PM – Close your batch by 3:45 PM CST.
