InTouch Notifications are a Payroc Insights feature that you can set up to receive alerts when events occur on your account, for example, when a chargeback is posted. We send notifications by SMS or email.
To set up InTouch Notifications, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Add contact details
- Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
- On the top menu bar, select your initials, and then from the dropdown menu, select Edit Settings.
- In the Notifications section, add any of the following contact details:
- Phone number and carrier
- Primary email address
- Alternative email address
Step 2. Schedule your notifications
- In the Schedule Notifications section, enter a Start Time and End Time range that we should send notifications to you.
- (Optional) Select the days of the week that you want to receive notifications.
Step 3. Select the notifications you want to receive
- In the Notification events section, select a delivery method for each event you want to receive notifications for. You can select more than one delivery method for each notification.
- Select Save Changes.

| Batch Statistics Summary | Batch information is available for the previous day's transactions. |
| Merchant Profile Modifications | A change was made to your merchant account. |
| Missed Money Express Batch | A batch was closed after the Money Express cutoff time. |
| Return Exceeds $ | Use the Amount field to set a dollar amount threshold for returns. We send a notification if the total dollar amount of returns in your batch exceed the threshold. |
| Sale Exceeds $ | Use the Amount field to set a dollar amount threshold for sales. We send a notification if the total sales in your batch exceed the threshold. |
| Chargeback/Retrieval | A chargeback was posted to your account. |
| Deployment Shipment Notification | Payroc ships an order to your business, such as a device or paper order. |
