Set up your catalog in the Roc Services mobile app

You can use the Roc Services Mobile App to set up your catalog and add priced items.

Catalog items are organized in a hierarchy. A super category contains categories, and each category contains items. The following diagram shows how the catalog might be applied to a gardening business:

To set up your catalog, complete the following steps:

  1. Create a Super Category
  2. Add a category
  3. Add an item

Step 1. Create a Super Category

  1. From the Quick Charge screen, select the three stacked lines, and then select Catalog.
  2. Select the + icon.
  3. Select Add Super Category.
  4. Enter a name for the Super Category.
  5. Select Add Super Category.

Step 2. Add a category

  1. From the Catalog screen, select the + icon.
  2. Select Add Category.
  3. From the list, select the Super Category you want to add the new category to.
  4. Enter a name and tax option for the new category.
  5. Select Add Category.

Step 3. Add an item

For each item, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Catalog screen, select the + icon.
  2. Select Add Item.
  3. Enter an item name, a price, and a tax option.
  4. Select the category you created.
  5. Select Add Item.
