You can set up InTouch Notifications in Payroc Insights to receive SMS and email alerts when you receive a new retrieval request or chargeback on your account. Each notification shows the amount that the cardholder is disputing for that transaction.

1. Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
2. On the top menu bar, select your initials, and then select Edit Settings.
3. In the Notifications section, enter any of the following contact details:
   • Phone number
   • Carrier
   • Primary email address
   • Alternative email address
4. In the Schedule notifications section, configure when we deliver your notifications:
   1. Set the start time and end time in Central Standard Time (CST).
   2. Select the days of the week.
5. In the Notification events section, locate the Chargeback/Retrieval event.
6. Next to the event, select one or more delivery methods.
7. Select Save Changes.
