Create a support case in Payroc Insights

  1. Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
  2. From the navigation menu, select My Cases.
  3. Select Create New Case.
  4. In the Subject field, enter a brief description of your issue.
  5. In the Description field, enter the details of your issue.
  6. (Optional) To attach supporting documents, select File Upload, and then select the files you want to attach.
  7. Select Submit.
