You can delete an open order from Roc Services. An open order is an unpaid order.
Important: If you delete an order, you can't recover it.
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/login.
- From the navigation menu, select Virtual Terminal.
- Select the Open Orders tab.
- From the list, select the open order you want to delete.
- Select
. - Select Continue. A notification appears to confirm that you have deleted the order.
