You can use the Virtual Terminal in the Roc Services web portal to run a referenced refund.
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/login.
- From the navigation menu, select Virtual Terminal, and then select Transaction History.
- (Optional) In the search box, enter the date of the transaction.
- Select the transaction that you want to refund.
- Select Refund.
- Select Full Refund.
- Select Refund.
