You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to configure how your device prompts your customer for their signature during a sale. If you require a signature, you can choose to print a signature line on receipts, prompt for a signature on the device screen, or request a signature based on the cardholder’s verification method (CVM).
- Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
- On the side menu, select Device Management.
- (Optional) Search for your device using one of the following criteria:
- Endpoint identifier (EPI) of your device
- Serial number of your device
- Model number of your device
- Doing Business As (DBA) name associated with your device
- Store name associated with your device
- Select the EPI of your device.
- Select EDIT PARAMETERS.
- Select the Receipt tab, and then select the Print Option tab.

- Choose how you want to request signatures from customers:
- To prompt for a signature on the device screen based on the cardholder’s verification method (CVM), complete the following steps:
- In the Forced Signature section, select DEFAULT.
- Turn on Force On Screen Signature.
- To prompt for a signature on the device screen, complete the following steps:
- In the Forced Signature section, select ON DISPLAY.
- Turn on Force On Screen Signature.
- To print a signature line on receipts, complete the following steps:
- In the Forced Signature section, select ON PAPER.
- Turn off Force On Screen Signature.
- To request a signature on the device screen and receipts, complete the following steps:
- In the Forced Signature section, select ON PAPER.
- Turn on Force On Screen Signature.
- To turn off signatures on both your device and receipts, complete the following steps:
- In the Forced Signature section, select NONE.
- Turn off Force On Screen Signature.
- Select SAVE.
- Download the updates to your device. For more information about how to download updates, go to one of the following articles:
