After you’ve updated the device settings on the Roc Terminal+ web portal, you must download the updates to the device to apply the changes.
- On the main screen of the device, tap the Main Menu icon ≡.
- Tap UPDATES.
- Verify if the endpoint identifier (EPI) displayed in the field is correct. If the field is empty, enter the EPI of the device.
- Tap Enter.
- After the download is complete, run a test transaction.
