You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to configure your device or virtual terminal to automatically settle your batch at a specific time each day. You must set the settlement time in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
- On the side menu, select Device Management.
- (Optional) Search for your device or virtual terminal using one of the following criteria:
- Endpoint identifier (EPI) of your device
- Serial number of your device
- Model number of your device
- Doing Business As (DBA) name associated with your device or virtual terminal
- Store name associated with your device or virtual terminal
- Select the EPI of your device or virtual terminal.
- Select EDIT PARAMETERS.
- Select the Terminal & Transaction tab, and then select the Termina l tab.

- To automatically settle a batch at a specific time each day, turn on Batch Out.
- From the Settlement Time (EST) dropdown menu, select the time the batch closes in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Select SAVE.
