You can use the Self-Care Portal to configure email alerts for specific payment processing events. For each alert, you can also set a threshold amount to control when it sends.
The following table describes the email alert types that you can configure:

| Daily Net Sales | Receive a daily summary of processing totals, including net total, net sales, net voids, and net refunds. |
| Sale Approval | Receive a notification each time the issuer approves a sale. |
| Sale Decline | Receive a notification each time the issuer declines a sale. |
| Sale Pending | Receive a notification each time a transaction changes to pending. |
| Sale Voided | Receive a notification each time a void occurs. |
| Sale Refunded | Receive a notification each time a refund occurs. |
| Sale Fraud Risk Rejection | Receive a notification each time the fraud risk engine blocks a transaction before it reaches the issuer. |
Configure your email alerts
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select eMail Alerts.
- From the On/Off column, select the checkbox next to the alert type that you want to enable.
- In the Email Address column, enter the email address of the recipient.
- (Optional) To restrict when an alert sends, enter the following conditions:
- From the When dropdown menu, select one of the following options:
- Less than — Send the alert when the transaction amount is less than the value you enter.
- More than — Send the alert when the transaction amount is more than the value you enter.
- In the Current Value box, enter the threshold amount in USD.
- From the When dropdown menu, select one of the following options:
- Select UPDATE EMAIL ALERTS.
