Delete a user

Delete a user to remove their access to the Self-Care Portal. We store deleted accounts on our system for auditing purposes, but they no longer appear in the user list. You can’t log into the Self-Care portal using a deleted account.

Note: If you delete a user, you can't undo it from within the portal. If you delete a user by mistake, call 1-888-477-4500 or email cs@payroc.com to restore the account.

 
  1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Users.
  3. In the user list, find the user you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete next to their username.
  5. In the Your Current Password field, enter your account password.
  6. When the prompt appears, select Ok.

The user is removed from the user list and can no longer access the portal.
