Use the Self-Care Portal to require cardholders to enter their card verification value (CVV) when they make payments through the Virtual Terminal or Hosted Payment Pages. You can also choose to automatically decline transactions when the CVV that cardholders enter doesn't match the CVV that their issuing banks have on file.

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
2. From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Terminal.
3. To add a required CVV field to the Virtual Terminal and Hosted Payment Pages, select Show CVV.
4. To automatically decline transactions when the CVV doesn't match, select Auto Decline CVV Failures.
5. Select UPDATE SETTINGS.
