1. Go to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
2. Select Forgot password?.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Select Send reset link.
5. Locate the password reset email that we sent to you from noreply@payroc.com.

Note: If you don't receive the email after 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still can't locate the email, call 1-888-477-4500 or email cs@payroc.com.

6. In your email, select Reset Password.
7. In the New password box, enter your new password. Your password must be between 12 and 128 characters and contain at least:
   • One uppercase letter.
   • One lowercase letter.
   • One number from 0 to 9.
   • One special character.
8. In the Confirm new password box, reenter your new password.
9. Select Continue.

After you update your password, you can return to the sign-in page to sign in with your new password.
