You can run the PCI Compliance Report in Payroc Insights to check the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance status of your account.
Note: You will receive email notifications from VikingCloud before your PCI compliance expires.
Run the report
- Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
- From the navigation menu, select Reports > Merchant Company > PCI Compliance.
- (Optional) From the Merchant Company dropdown menu, enter the name of the merchant company.
- (Optional) To filter results by PCI status, from the PCI Status dropdown menu, select a PCI status.
- Select Show Results.
- (Optional) To download a copy of the report, select Download .xls.
Contents of the report
| Column name | Description |

| Merchant Approval Date | Date that we approved your account to run transactions. |
| ISC # | Unique identifier that we assigned to your Independent Sales Company (ISC). |
| Merchant DBA | Your Doing Business As (DBA) name. |
| Legal Business Name | Your legal business name. |
| Merchant ID | Merchant ID (MID) that we assigned to your merchant account. |
| App. Status | Status of your merchant account application. |
| PCI Status |
Status of your PCI DSS compliance.
