You can use Payroc Insights to download your statement as a PDF file.
Note: Your statement is available on Payroc Insights from the 8th day of the month. If this day falls on a weekend or public holiday, your statement is available on the next working day.
- Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
- From the navigation menu, select Statements, and then select Merchant.
- (Optional) From the Merchant Company dropdown menu, enter the name of the merchant company.
- From the Statement Year dropdown menu, select the year of the statement you want to download.
- Select Show Results.
- From the Statement column, select Download.
