View your support cases in Payroc Insights

  1. Sign in to https://payroc.partnerengage.com.
  2. From the navigation menu, select My Cases.
  3. (Optional) If you have more than one merchant company, use the Merchant Company dropdown menu to enter the merchant company name, and select Apply Filters.
  4. (Optional) To filter support cases by status, use the Status dropdown menu, and select Apply Filters.
