After you've updated the device settings on the Roc Terminal+ web portal, you must download the updates to the device to apply the changes.

For multi-MID devices, you can:

• Download a parameter update to a child MID.
• Download a parameter update to all child MIDs associated with a parent MID.

Download a parameter update to a child MID

Note: To download a parameter update to a child MID, you must be logged in to the child MID account.

1. On the main screen of the device, tap the Main Menu icon ≡.
2. Tap UPDATES.
3. Verify that the endpoint identifier (EPI) in the field is correct. If the field is empty, enter the EPI associated with the child MID.
4. Tap Enter.
5. After the download is complete, run a test transaction.

Download a parameter update to all child MIDs associated with a parent MID

To download a parameter update to all child MIDs associated with a parent MID, complete the following steps:

1. Enable App Update in the web portal.
2. Download a parameter update to all child MIDs.

Step 1: Enable App Update in the web portal

1. Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
2. From the navigation menu, select Device Management.
3. In the search box, enter the EPI associated with the parent MID.
4. Next to the EPI that you want to update, turn on App Update.
5. Select Okay.

Step 2: Download a parameter update to all child MIDs

1. On the main screen of the device, tap the Main Menu icon ≡.
2. Tap UPDATES.
3. Verify that the EPI in the field is correct. If the field is empty, enter the EPI associated with the parent MID.
4. Tap Enter.
5. After the download is complete, run a test transaction.
