- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Terminal.
- Clear the Disable Receipts checkbox.
- Select Show Phone on VT to display the phone number field in the Virtual Terminal.
- Select SMS Cardholder Receipt to automatically send an SMS receipt to the cardholder when you enter the cardholder's phone number during a sale.
- In the Receipt Response Codes section, select the transaction responses that trigger the SMS receipts. To select multiple responses, press and hold the Ctrl key or the Command key, and then select any of the following options:
- Approval
- Decline
- Referral
- Other
- In the Transaction Type section, select the transaction types that trigger the SMS receipts. To select multiple types, press and hold the Ctrl key or the Command key, and then select any of the following options:
- Select UPDATE SETTINGS.
