If you use a payment device to run transactions and you want to complete a transaction without requiring the cardholder's signature, you can turn off signature requirements in the Self-Care Portal.
To turn off the signature requirements, complete the following steps:
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Terminal.
- Select Allow Cardholder Signature Bypass.
- Select UPDATE SETTINGS.
